This should help applicants have an idea of what we expect to see from their application. I will provide you with an example.

Experience - What are you experienced with in the endgame scene? Please try to avoid one liners. We want to know everything you do and do not have experience with.
Gears & Merits - Please list your gear and merits. As having excellent gear would better your chances, it is certainly not a requirement to have the best gear in the game. Though we do expect you to be properly geared as such. We expect several different sets for each of your job.
If you are a Samurai, Haubergeon +1 is required. If you are a DRK or WAR, Haub+1 or the Hauberk+1 will be expected.
If you are a BLM, we expect yout to have your HQ staves, Ele Skill set, Enfeeb set, DD set(read: for more dmg, i.e. MAB), HMP, MinusHP(if you are using sorc. ring), etc.
and the list goes on. All DD's need appropriate TP and WS builds.
